Terms and Conditions
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions:
Prices
The prices of goods will be quoted to you at the time of placing the order.
We reserve the right to make changes as necessary without notice.
VAT
All prices include VAT.
This does not apply if the goods are sent to any country outside the EC.
Payment
All orders must be accompanied by payment in full (unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the company)
and in advance for goods and services. The full amount must be paid on the date of placing order.
Payment can be made by:
cash, cheques( only in British Pound Sterling), credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express,
Visa Electron (UK issued), Visa Debit, Switch, Solo, Maestro or Bank transfers. Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.
Production time:
All our leggings we make to order only, production time 5-6 working days from the date of placing order.
Delivery time depends on the destination and delivery company chosen by the customer.
Delivery Policy
Postage and packing charges are dependent upon the size, weight and destination of the parcel as well
as the speed of delivery required.
The appropriate amount shall be included in the invoice to the customer.
Any dates quoted for delivery of the goods are approximate only and the company shall not be liable for
any delay in delivery of the goods howsoever caused.
The risk in respect of the goods sold will pass to you upon delivery.
It is important that you ensure that all goods are inspected upon arrival for defects and damage. If you find a defective or damaged item, please contact us so that we can resolve the matter with the minimum of delay.
Carriers require that all claims be notified in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods, and that non-delivery
be notified within 14 days of the date of despatch (and within 21 days for overseas deliveries).
Claims notified after this period will not be recognised.
Refund, replacement and cancellation
We are happy to refund or exchange items that are returned within 28 days of receipt.
Returned goods must be unused and with their original packaging, with labels etc, so that they can be re-sold.
You must first call us on 01253 735144 (international +44 1253 735144) to receive a returns number before sending any item(s) or you can make a return request on "My account" page.
Return the item to us and we'll either refund you or replace the goods, whichever you prefer.
If you receive a faulty item, we’ll refund the cost of posting it back to us (up to £25). Please use recorded delivery to return items to avoid any losses.
Post to "Farale Ltd, 30 Woodlands View, Lytham St. Annes, Lancashire, FY8 4EF, UK", and include a note indicating your order number and whether you would like a replacement or a refund.
If your order was processed incorrectly or the item you received is defective, we will make a full refund including return postage. If the goods were returned for exchange (subject to prior agreement), we will NOT refund the return postage and, in some cases, we will charge the postage for sending the replacement.
The refund will be made using the same method as was used to make the payment.
The customer has a right to cancel the order before "processing" status is applied to the order. You can check the status of your order on the "My Account / Orders" page.
If you are entitled to cancel your order, you will receive a full refund of any price paid for the products in accordance with our refunds policy.
Privacy Policy
The customer agrees that the company can hold and process by computer any information about the customer. We do not send your personal data onto any other companies. We will not use your personal data for anything other than notifying you that your order has been received, sending you a proof via email for approval and letting you know when your order has been despatched. We would also like to inform you of any special promotions we have. By providing your personal data to us you are consenting to its use in accordance with our privacy policy.
Warranty
The Company’s warranty is limited in respect of slight variation in colour this is due to variations between dye lots.
No warranty is given by the company in respect of fitness for the purpose intended by customer.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are suitable for your own purpose.
The above warranty is given by Farale Ltd, subject to this condition: that we shall be under no liability in respect
of any defect arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions,
misuse, alteration or repair without our approval or failure to follow our instructions (whether oral or in writing).
Any claim by you which is based on a defect in quality or condition of the goods or their failure
shall be notified to the company within 7 days of delivery and return of the goods in their original delivered condition must occur within 28 days of delivery. Claims notified after this period will not be recognised.
In the event that a fault is accepted by Farale Ltd the goods will be replaced free of charge.
