Production, delivery and returns.
Once you place the order, it will be taken through our 3-step process.
During this process we will send you an email at each step:
1. Order Open
We have received your order and we are processing your payment.
2. Order Processed
Payment for your order has been processed successfully. Your order is in production.
3. Order Complete
Your order is complete and has been shipped to you.
Production time:
All leggings we make to order only: production time is 5-6 working days from the date of placing your order.
Payment:
All orders must be accompanied by payment in full (unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the company)
and in advance for goods and services. The full amount must be paid on the date of placing order.
Payment can be made by:
cash, cheques( only in British Pound Sterling), credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express,
Visa Electron (UK issued), Visa Debit or Bank transfers. Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.
Delivery Options and Charges:
The Postage & Packing charges are calculated automatically in the shopping basket on the basis of the individual weights of the items ordered.
Delivery times and charges depend on the delivery options below:
Within the UK (Great Britain and Northern Ireland) - £3.45 (Royal Mail - Recorded 1st Class)
Europe and the rest of the world:
The options and charges for overseas deliveries will be displayed when you select an international delivery address on the screen after you proceed to checkout.
The delivery options and charges are described below:
£8 for Europe, £10 for the rest of the World. Standard Service - Royal Mail "International Signed For"
For delivery to Europe and the rest of the world, we dispatch all standard orders via Royal Mail (International Signed For) post.
Delivery time depends on local service and international freight conditions.
Returns, refunds and replacements:
We are happy to refund or exchange items that are returned within 28 days of receipt.
Returned goods must be unused and with their original packaging, with labels etc, so that they can be re-sold.
You must first call us on 01253 735144 (international +44 1253 735144) to receive a returns number before sending any item(s) or you can make a return request on "My account" page.
Return the item to us and we'll either refund you or replace the goods, whichever you prefer.
If you receive a faulty item, we’ll refund the cost of posting it back to us (up to £25). Please use recorded delivery to return items to avoid any losses.
Post to "Farale Ltd, 30 Woodlands View, Lytham St. Annes, Lancashire, FY8 4EF, UK", and include a note indicating your order number and whether you would like a replacement or a refund.
